Narita, a Japanese restaurant located in Queens, faced significant challenges that hindered its growth and success. The restaurant had a very poor growth rate and no digital marketing presence, which severely limited its visibility and customer reach. There were no pictures of the menu items, and the menu itself was poorly optimized, offering limited customization options for customers. Additionally, the menu was expensive, massive, and lacked optimization, making it overwhelming for customers to navigate.

Further complicating matters, Narita had a very limited brand presence with inconsistent brand design usage. These issues, combined with the restaurant's lack of online engagement, contributed to its inability to compete effectively in a bustling dining scene.
